The Winners of the 2026 BAFTA Awards

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has just finished handing out their picks for the best in film for 2025, and as comes as no surprise at this point, the big winner was ultimately Paul Thomas Anderson's "One Battle After Another" with six awards that included Best Film, Director, and Adapted Screenplay. It was followed at a distance by "Sinners" and "Frankenstein" with three wins each. Please see below for a complete list of today's winners:

Best Special Visual Effects: Avatar: Fire and Ash

Best Animated Film: Zootopia 2

Best Documentary: Mr. Nobody Against Putin

Best Film Not in the English Language: Sentimental Value

Best Casting: I Swear

Best British Short Film: This Is Endometriosis

Best British Short Animation: Two Black Boys in Paradise

Best Children's & Family Film: Boong

Outstanding British Film: Hamnet

Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director, or Producer: My Father's Shadow

The EE Rising Star Award: Robert Aramayo
