The First Reviews for Logan Are In

With James Mangold's "Logan" having screened for critics, the first reviews for the highly-anticipated film have finally started to pour in, and it looks like the reactions are overwhelmingly positive. At the time of this article, there are 49 reviews posted with only two calling it rotten, giving the film a 96% and a score of 8.2/10.

Could it be that Fox has finally achieved what they've been trying to do for the past eight years: Deliver a solo Wolverine film that gives us everything we've wanted from the character in an emotional and exciting outing? If these early reviews are any indication, it looks like they've done just that, making the anticipation even greater than before. Unfortunately, the film is still about two weeks away from opening wide, so most still have just a little waiting left to do, but after two incredibly disappointing Wolverine films, it looks like the wait might finally have been worth it as we come to what is supposedly Jackman's final outing as the titular superhero.

"Logan" goes into wide release on March 3rd.
