Damien Chazelle's La La Land Gets A Gorgeous Second Trailer

After the big success of "Whiplash," which included five Oscar nods and three wins, all eyes were on writer/director Damien Chazelle for what he would choose to work on next. As it turns out, he decided to stay in the realm of music, but this time delivering what looks to be a dream-like film that will be an actual musical called "La La Land," which tells the story of a jazz pianist (Ryan Gosling) that falls for an aspiring actress (Emma Stone).

We've already seen one trailer that gave us a taste of the film's incredible visuals, as well as a little of Ryan Gosling's vocals, but now we've finally gotten a second trailer, this time giving us a listen to Emma Stone's beautiful singing voice. Once again, we get a taste of how gorgeous a film this is going to be, ensuring that it continues to be one of the most anticipated films of the remainder of the year, perhaps even more so due to its prime awards placement.

Luckily, we'll know just how good it is pretty soon as the film is scheduled to make its debut at the Venice Film Festival a week from tomorrow, followed by more showings at the Toronto International Film Festival a couple of weeks later.

As for those who can't make it to the big festivals, they'll simply have to endure the long wait leading up to the film's limited release on December 2nd or its expanded release on December 16th.
