The Full-Length Trailer for Denis Villeneuve's Arrival Has Arrived

Last week we finally got the first footage for Denis Villeneuve's "Arrival" in a brief one-minute trailer, but today Paramount has finally unveiled the full-length trailer that gives us an even better idea as to what we can expect.

Just in case you're unfamiliar with what the upcoming film will be about, here's a brief synopsis:

When mysterious spacecraft touch down across the globe, an elite team - lead by expert linguist Louise Banks - are brought together to investigate. As mankind teeters on the verge of global war, Banks and the team race against time for answers - and to find them, she will take a chance that could threaten her life, and quite possibly humanity.

With an incredible cast that includes five-time Oscar nominee Amy Adams, Oscar winner Forest Whitaker, and Oscar nominee Jeremy Renner, the film is shaping up to be a rather fascinating science-fiction adventure, and if Denis Villeneuve's ("Sicario," "Prisoners") past projects are any indication, you know it's a film that's going to have people talking at the very least.

Will the director have yet another critical hit on his hands? We'll know in about three months when "Arrival" finally lands in theaters on November 11, 2016.
